Who am I?
Before being a therapist or artist, I am an adventurer, a humanist explorer.
A woman of the earth who has traveled the world solo, by bike, on horseback, on foot.
By all natural means to rediscover this carnal connection with the deserts, the summits and the immensity.
I have long been in a quest for the absolute.
The journey and the uninhabited lands have somewhat quenched him.
It was ultimately the Amazon that opened the doors of my mind.
After a year of living in the jungle, my Cartesian mind began to defragment.

Where did I start?
At 18 I left for Togo, humanitarian work and Africa had always called me.
And then I trained in sports physiotherapy with multiple additional training courses (orthopedic manual therapies, etc.).
I worked in high-level sport and whether in my personal life or in my job, I was in a quest for performance.
I also specialized in supporting paraplegic patients in their recovery of walking.
This is where I discovered the notion of neuroplasticity and the ability of the brain and body to change.

This was the beginning of my investigation into the connection between body, brain and consciousness.
The journey, the Amazonian medicines, masters began to present themselves and took over to initiate me into other realities.
Alongside these spiritual initiations, I also had the call to be at the heart of society.
I worked in prison as a physiotherapist where I led yoga and transcendental meditation workshops.
Yet another way of apprehending other forms of reality.
This episode would take too long to tell you, a book will certainly be coming.
And the body and art in all this?
I'm coming to it...
For three years I chose a nomadic life living in a kangoo...
Yes, we can talk about minimalism.
Travel as a way of life became an art, and art began to intrude into my life.

I rediscovered my body, my movement and the associated talents.
It didn't happen overnight, but it did happen.
I am passionate, insatiable for the magic of body movement.
In a movement of my hips I can perceive the history of humanity.
Today, this is what I love to support: rediscovering one's abilities, one's creativity in the intimacy of an inhabited body.
How did I start teaching?
I hadn't thought about it but people started asking me.
I admit that I had to work on my sense of legitimacy.
During my first training courses, I didn't really know what I had to bring.
Today, it is with great simplicity that I innovate in the art of connecting with one's corporality.
Whether in a private or group therapy session, I combine technicality and creativity to regain freedom from an organized body.

My values
Freedom, creativity, and HUMOR!
With me we go off the beaten track, we don't talk for nothing, we dive into the heart of these entrails.
In the heart of the depths find lightness.
Dive but don't rush!
Seek your truth but always with curiosity and not seriousness!
Don't forget to laugh when drama rears its ugly head!
When things get tense and stuck, remember that in a breath everything can dance...
